T.Capital is part of the DTCP investment platform and manages over €2.3 billion in assets under management across Venture Capital and Buyout strategies. The Ventures team typically invests €1–15 million in Series A to C rounds across the US, Europe, and Israel. While industry- and business model-agnostic, the firm focuses on themes such as AI & Cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and connectivity. By backing ambitious founders, T.Capital provides access to Deutsche Telekom’s infrastructure, joint go-to-market opportunities, commercial resources, and global networks. Recent investments include Mondoo (vulnerability management), Perplexity (AI-native search), 11Labs (voice synthesis and speech AI), Marvel Fusion (laser-based nuclear fusion), and Airalo (global eSIM marketplace).
Currently we are looking for a Visiting Investment Analyst to support our team for a period of 4 - 6 months at our Hamburg or Berlin Office, starting in January 26'.
Tasks
As an intern, you will support our advisory team in the following tasks:
- Support the investment processes, typically in Series A - Series C funding rounds
- Screening and deal sourcing of investment opportunities
- Market research and analysis
- Financial modelling and data analysis in Excel
- Support of business development activity between our portfolio companies and our corporate sponsors
Profile
You have at least completed your Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results and have solid business and financial analysis skills. You are interested in a career in consulting, start-ups or equity investments and want to have more exposure to these sectors. Furthermore, you have the following skills and experience:
- Very good German and English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment like Venture Capital, Management Consulting, VC-backed Start or Scale Ups or Investment Banking is required
